Our Serrano Ham is made using only ecological pork and sea salt, without any kind of preservatives or additional flavors. The production method keeps the ancient traditions of the area. The Ecological meat is submerged in sea salt for a week , then these hams been washed and it begins a slow maturation process of two years where only the time and the natural air characteristic of this area of mountains are involved.
