ECO Goat Cheese with Red Wine

The adventure began in the early 80´s when Juana decided to use the milk produced by her father´s goats to elaborate cheese. After years improving the process and quality of her production, she started to commercialize and promote the fruits of her hard work going from village to village with her bicycle and basket full of cheeses. This is how she began to gain good reputation in the street markets and the locals started to recognize the high quality of her cheeses.
Today the farm is divided in land for the 750 Murciano Granadina goats, and then hectares of vineyards and cereals, olive and almond trees.
